Indonesian import clearance new regulations!

From April 2013 began to start to implement the following rules
 1, A, cargo included food, medicine, cosmetics, address individual parcels, regardless of quantity, be required to provide import license (food, medicine / medical Indonesian Authority issued).
 B, goods including electronic / telecom products (mobile phones, smart phones, ipad, iphones, PDA, etc.), the address for the individual parcels, the consignee need to provide the Ministry of Trade out of the import license.
 C, parcel of garment products, the declared value is greater than or equal to USD250, need to provide the origin of the Surveyor Certificate.
 2, does not have the import license (API), Customs Identification Number (NIK), Tax File Number (NPWP) hotel, individuals, banks, exhibition games recipient, is not allowed to import goods more than 100KG.
 3, import CD / DVD
 A, individual consignee may import 10 or less / ticket CD / DVD, if more than 10 or more must provide an import license.
 B, listed as the consignee of imported DVD / CD whatever amount you must provide import license.
 If the imported goods are not required to provide a license, the goods will be returned to the country of shipment customs regulations or destroyed.
